Treflo is a round table with a rigid polyurethane base, made with a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources, lacquered in matte or glossy finishes in the colors Comfort, Midnight Blue, Pinot Noir, Brick, Dark Green, with an internal structure and ballast in black painted metal; top in extra-clear tempered glass, thermoformed, back-lacquered in Comfort, Pinot Noir, Midnight Blue, Brick Red, Dark Green, with a rounded edge and MDF under-top in matte black lacquer; top in matte or glossy lacquered MDF in Comfort, Pinot Noir, Midnight Blue, Brick Red, Dark Green, with a HPL matte black under-top.

Sinuous and vibrant geometries create a table with a pure, essential, and direct design, concealing deep artisanal complexity, the result of Cassina's manufacturing excellence.

Unlike conventional tables, generally enclosed by rigid proportions, Treflo becomes a fascinating and versatile system. Its fluid volumes take on various forms: for the dining area, it is offered as a round table, paired with a single base that evokes the shape of a clover, or, for its larger version, with three legs in the shape of infinity; this base is also used for the oval-top version, supported by two supports. Finally, for the living area, Treflo transforms into an elegant round low table, available in two sizes.

The combination of the top and base of Treflo creates a lively object. Animated by a sinuous movement, the base is characterized by draped volumes that converge towards the top, offered in glossy or matte lacquer finishes, and in a special type of wavy back-lacquered glass.

This latter variant features a vibrant surface that recalls the ripples of water, referring to the beauty of nature. The creation of this effect requires an extremely complex process where the glass is shaped at very high temperatures, with a longer fusion time than traditional techniques, to achieve the wavy surface and refined tapered edge.

Like an impressionist painting where no lines are defined, the perimeter of the Treflo top is irregular, a detail crafted with meticulous attention that conveys an immediate sense of craftsmanship and uniqueness.

A characteristic element of the table collection, the base is made of rigid polyurethane with a percentage derived from biological sources, available in both glossy and matte finishes. Used for the first time by Cassina for Treflo, this material fits into the company’s broader research to identify innovative material solutions for a more sustainable approach.

The aesthetic charm of Treflo is fully expressed through the use of color. Presented in elegant monochromatic combinations between the base and top, these tables are available in a palette of refined, carefully selected tones. From the neutral tones of Comfort to the intense shades of Midnight Blue, Pinot Noir, and Brick Red, as well as a particular shade of Dark Green, these colors are applied to the glass, wood, and polyurethane base.
