Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (80-100%)

We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join FORMS at our showroom in Freienbach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is more than a marketing position; it’s a founding role in a growing multi-venture business. Based in our Freienbach showroom, you will own FORMS’ customer-facing presence across furniture, a in-house coffee concept, wine, and further ventures we are actively building. You will grow with the group, shaping how each new business line is introduced to the market and building a brand ecosystem from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Online shop & e-commerce: Product pages, order handling, new collections, SEO, and ongoing shop optimization
• Content & social media: Weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; community interaction within 24h
• Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and in-showroom channels
• Events: Customer events, trade fairs, and seasonal pop-ups
• Showroom & POS: Product labelling, brand presence, and promotional materials on-site in Freienbach
• Newsletters: Mailchimp campaigns in coordination with sales leadership
• Tracking & reporting: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, campaign KPIs; regular reporting to management
• New ventures: As we launch new business lines, you will be the first marketing voice, shaping positioning, communication, and go-to-market from scratch

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in marketing, preferably in furniture, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality
• Confident managing an e-commerce platform end-to-end (WooCommerce or similar)
• Skilled at creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable with Adobe tools, Canva, or equivalent design software
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp or equivalent)
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages welcome
• Based in or willing to commute to Freienbach; presence in the showroom is key
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunity, take initiative, and follow through
• Discreet, reliable, and strong attention to detail
